Upon receiving the instruction of our client, our surveyor promptly conducted an on-site survey. Our surveyor kept great contact with the insured party, at the same time, guided the insured in negotiating the settlement with the concerned parties of port regarding the damage to the wetted cargoes. For the shortage issue, despite receiving weight certificates issued by the surveying company engaged in monitoring the discharge, our surveyor insisted on conducting on-site survey of discharging. According to the surveyors investigation and inspection, ultimately, surveyor found that there were some problems with the conveyor belt scale.

Based on the survey, our surveyor kept an effective communication with the insurer and the insured, requiring monitoring and analyzing the discharging and pick-up process at the dock. After multiple rounds of communication and coordination, the insured no longer pursued the claim after the pick-up process finished, and signed the Confirmation Of Wavier Of Claim.
