       何端旺1998年畢業于集美航海學院遠洋船舶駕駛專業，通過了大學英語6級。在校期間，積極學習法律知識，有了壹定的法律基礎。畢業後加入香港航運有限公司（COSCO HK），任職至大副。2003年在台灣知名物流公司（KFIC LOGISTICS）任集裝箱散貨的操作主管，2005年受聘于廣州外輪代理公司（PENAVICO）任修船部的外勤業務員。具有豐富的航海經驗及船舶、貨物檢驗和公估經驗，精通英語，已取得保險公估人資格證書。    

      Mr. He, who majored in marine navigation, graduated from Marine Navigation College in Ji Mei University in 1998, and passed CET6. During college, Mr. He studied hard at law and owned basic legal knowledge. After graduation, Mr. He served as a first officer in COSCO HK. In 2003, Mr. He worked as an operation supervisor of container bulk in KFIC LOGISTICS. In 2005, Mr. He worked as an outdoor officer of the Dockyards Department in PENAVICO. Mr.He has obtained an Insurance Assessor Certificate. Mr. He is experienced in navigation, survey and adjustment of vessels and cargoes and has a good command of English. 

韓軍明/Han Junming

      韓軍明1993年畢業于武漢水運工程學院船舶通訊工程專業。畢業後在中遠江蘇遠洋航運有限公司COSCO(JIANGSU)從事遠洋航海工作，2000年在上海海事大學學習取得遠洋三副資質證書，並任職至遠洋二副。2006年開始在廣州海正保險公估有限公司擔任公估師、檢驗師。對船舶碰撞和損壞修理的檢驗，船舶承保前狀況檢驗，有關水險的貨物承保前和出險後的檢驗，財産保險的檢驗和評估，船舶水吃和量油計量，沈船，船舶擱淺，油汙等調查檢驗及評估等具有豐富的經驗。

      In 1993, Mr. Han graduated from Wuhan Institute of Water Transport Engineering, majoring in ship communication engineering. After graduation, he worked in COSCO (JIANGSU) in COSCO Jiangsu Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd. and was engaged in ocean shipping. In 2000, he studied at Shanghai Maritime University and obtained the third mate qualification certificate and served as the second mate. In 2006, he worked as an assessor and inspector in Guangzhou Hisun Insurance Appraisal Co., Ltd. Inspection of ship collision and damage repair, inspection of ship condition before underwriting, inspection of marine insurance-related cargo before and after insurance, inspection and evaluation of property insurance, water draught and oil measurement of ships, shipwreck, grounding of ships, oil pollution, etc.  He has rich experience in investigation, inspection and evaluation. 

劉驍/Andy Lau

       劉骁2003年畢業于武漢理工大學航運學院航海技術專業，畢業後在廣州遠洋運輸公司從事遠洋運輸工作，任職至三副，2007年進入廣州通標標准技術服務有限公司以及2012年進入上海天祥質量技術服務有限公司從事進出口商品檢驗鑒定工作，任職至高級主管，持有進出口商品檢驗鑒定資格證書。  

      Mr. Lau graduated from the Maritime Technology Department of the Shipping College of Wuhan University of Technology in 2003. After graduation, he was engaged in ocean transportation work in Guangzhou Ocean Shipping Company and served as the third officer. In 2007, he joined Guangzhou Tongbiao Standard Technology Service Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Tianxiang Quality Technology in 2012 Service Co., Ltd. is engaged in the inspection and appraisal of import and export commodities, and holds positions as senior supervisors, and holds the qualification certificate of import and export commodities inspection and appraisal. 

鄒金勇/Zau Gam Jung

       鄒金勇畢業于集美大學航海技術專業，取得學士學位。畢業後，在新加坡裕民航運有限公司工作5年，任職至大副。2008年08月至2010年05月年在加入廣州海江保險公估有限公司擔任公估師、檢驗師。2010年05月至2011年04月在青島海事局工作。2011年04月至2012年05月在上海泛華天衡保險公估有限公司廣州辦事處擔任公估師、檢驗師,工作期間獲得商品檢驗鑒定證書。    

    Mr. Zau graduated from Jimei University with a bachelor's degree in navigation technology. After graduation, he worked for Singapore Yumin Shipping Co., Ltd. for 5 years as the first officer. From August 2008 to May 2010, he joined HSA as an assessor and inspector.  Worked in Qingdao Maritime Safety Administration from May 2010 to April 2011. From April 2011 to May 2012, he worked as an assessor and inspector in the Guangzhou office of Shanghai Fanhua Tianheng Insurance Appraisal Co., Ltd., and obtained a certificate of commodity inspection and appraisal during his work.  

任平/Robert Ren

      任平2002年畢業于武漢理工大學航海技術專業，取得工科學士學位，畢業後就職于中遠香港航運有限公司，任職三副，2005年受聘于中國廣州外輪代理有限公司，任船務部外勤，熟悉船舶的港口操作，貨物的進出口流程，具有出色的英語交際能力，已取得保險公估人資格證書。

     In 2002, Mr. Ren graduated from Wuhan University of Technology majoring in navigation technology with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. After graduation, he worked for COSCO Hong Kong Shipping Co., Ltd. as the third officer. He has rich experience in port operations, cargo import and export procedures, has excellent English communication skills, and has obtained the qualification certificate of insurance adjuster.

陳思文/Jake Chan

      陳思文畢業于江西科技師範學院國際經濟與貿易專業，熟悉國際貿易及物流等相關操作流程，本專業涉及到貨物運輸保險及相關海商法的學習。2010年在上海泛華天衡保險公估有限公司貨運險部（國際、國內貨運險部）任職公估師，于2010年5月取得保險公估人的資格證書。2012年，在上海弘盛保險公估有限公司廣州分公司任職水險部經理，主要負責貨運險的相關案件及部門管理工作，本人自己會涉及到船舶險、財産險、船東服務方面的檢驗。

     Mr. Chan graduated from Jiangxi Normal University of Science and Technology with a major in International Economics and Trade. In 2010, he worked as an assessor in the freight insurance department (international and domestic freight insurance department) of Shanghai Fanhua Tianheng Insurance Appraisal Co., Ltd., and obtained the qualification certificate of insurance adjuster in May 2010. In 2012, he worked as the manager of the marine insurance department in the Guangzhou branch of Shanghai Hongsheng Insurance Appraisal Co., Ltd. 

陳豐/Chan Fung

      陳豐2002年畢業于青島遠洋船員學院海洋船舶駕駛專業。2002年6月至2014年6月，在中遠旗下的香港遠洋運輸公司從事遠洋船舶工作。公司業務主要是國際散貨船的營運，期間在船上任職甲板實習生，實習專業知識及進行知識儲備；任職三副，負責船舶的航行安全，消防及救生設備的維護和保養；任職二副，負責航線制定、航海圖書資料的及時更正、航海儀器的維護和保養等工作；任職大副，主持甲板部的日常工作，履行航行值班職責，主管貨物的配載、裝卸和其他運輸管理工作，主管甲板部所管理船體與設備的維護保養工作等。2014年6月至2019年4月，在珠海海灣船務有限公司廣州總部任職海務，主要負責公司船舶證書的更新，船舶的安檢及物料供應，船員的面試和培訓，與海監共同維護平安海上的共建活動等。    

     Mr. Chan graduated from Qingdao Ocean Shipping Crew College majoring in marine ship driving in 2002. From June 2002 to June 2014, he worked as an ocean- going ship in the Hong Kong Ocean Shipping Company, a subsidiary of COSCO. The main business of the company is the operation of international bulk carriers. From June 2014 to April 2019, he worked in maritime affairs at the Guangzhou headquarters of Zhuhai Gulf Shipping Co., Ltd. 

羅啟忠/Lo Kai Chung

      羅啓中于2003年獲得工商管理學士學位。畢業後，他進入保險行業開始職業生涯，于2017年3月至2021年7月擔任宏利保險公司高級保險代理，從事保險銷售工作並持續積累專業能力。自2021年12月起，羅先生出任成功100企業服務總監，專注于爲香港及內地客戶提供香港公司設立及相關政策咨詢服務。憑借在保險銷售及商業服務領域五年以上的豐富經驗，羅先生在企業跨境解決方案及保險業務運營方面具備深厚專業實力。      

     Mr. Luo Qizhong graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2003. After graduation, he began his career in the insurance industry, serving as a Senior Insurance Agent at Manulife Insurance Company from March 2017 to July 2021. During this role, he engaged in insurance sales while leveraging opportunities for professional development. Since December 2021, Mr. Luo has held the position of Director at Success100 Enterprise Services, specializing in assisting clients from Hong Kong and mainland China with company establishment and related policy advisory services in Hong Kong. With over five years of dedicated experience in insurance sales and business services, Mr. Luo possesses strong expertise in cross-border enterprise solutions and insurance business operations.

方浩庭/Albert Fong

       方浩庭于2008年畢業于暨南大學，同年進入Uti（香港）有限公司擔任文員，開啓職業生涯。2010年，他加入保險行業，先後擔任安盛中國區域保險有限公司團隊助理經理、中國人壽保險（海外）股份有限公司高級分行經理（2010–2011年）及美國友邦保險（百慕達）有限公司高級分行經理（2011–2012年）。2013年，方先生在安達人壽保險擔任保險代理培訓講師。方先生持有多個專業資格，包括國際神經語言程序學協會（INLPA）及國際神經語言程序學聯合會（INLPF）認證的神經語言程序學（NLP）教練、國際項目管理專業資質（IPMP）D級證書，並已通過保險中介人資格考試。他還曾榮獲“高效學習法傑出表現獎”。方先生在保險管理、銷售督導及專業培訓領域擁有超過十年經驗，擅長團隊帶領與業務拓展，並具備中等英語溝通能力。      

      Mr. Fong graduated from Jinan University in 2008.  He began his career in 2008 as an Office Clerk at Uti (HK) Limited. In 2010, Mr. Fong joined the insurance industry, serving as an Assistant Team Manager at AXA China Region Insurance Company Limited, followed by roles as Senior Branch Manager at China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited (2010-2011) and American International Assurance Company (Bermuda) Limited (2011-2012). In 2013, he worked as an Insurance Agency Training Instructor at Ace Life Insurance. Mr. Fong has obtained multiple professional certifications, including those as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach from recognized international associations (INLPA, INLPF), the International Project Management Professional (IPMP) - Level D, and has passed the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination. He is also a recipient of the Huge Learning Method-Outstanding Performance Award. With over a decade of experience primarily in insurance management, sales supervision, and professional training, Mr. Fong possesses strong expertise in team leadership and business development. Mr. Fong possesses intermediate English language skills.

解自強/Kai Chi Keung

       解自強于1974年畢業于世界海事訓練學校（SP5班）。他于1975年開始航海生涯，在散貨船上擔任甲板實習及水平職務，隨後逐步晉升，于1977至1978年任三副，1978至1983年任二副，1983至1986年在多用途船、木材/散貨船及集裝箱船上擔任大副。他于1986年獲得壹等船長資格（1985年取得），曾指揮多種船型，包括處于建造保修期內的巴拿馬型新造船舶。1992年，他作爲特聘技術顧問兼船長，在馬來西亞沙撈越成功救援壹艘穩性受損的木材運輸船，展現出卓越的危機處理能力。自1993年起，他轉向海事咨詢領域，任職Scanner Marine Services Limited的海事/貨物檢驗師，爲船公司、海上保險公司及船東互保協會提供檢驗服務。其後，他曆任高級檢驗師、副總經理（1996–1999年）及英國汽船互保協會（Britannia P&I Club）理賠執行官（1999–2018年），負責處理香港及中國大陸的貨物與海事保險理賠事務。2018年後，他先後擔任Tindall Riley (Britannia) Hong Kong Ltd副董事、中船互保理賠服務（中國）有限公司咨詢顧問（2020–2022年），並于2024年起就任Trade-wind Marine Surveyors & Consultants (HK) Ltd高級顧問，主要負責海事案件處理。他專長包括海事事故調查、油汙管理、船舶穩性危機處置、貨物理賠、承保前船舶檢驗，並擔任中國海事仲裁委員會（CMAC）仲裁員。他于2020年獲張江現代技術學院研究生學曆，並持有冷藏/冷凍貨物運輸操作文憑。      

      Mr. Kai Chi Keung graduated from the World-wide Sea Training School (Class SP5) in 1974. He commenced his maritime career in 1975, serving as a Deck Cadet and Able Seaman on bulk carriers. He progressed through the ranks, becoming Third Officer (1977-1978), Second Officer (1978-1983), and Chief Officer (1983-1986) on various general cargo, log/bulk, and container vessels. By 1986, he attained the rank of Master Mariner (Class-1/1985) and captained diverse vessel types, including Panamax newbuildings under builders' guarantee. In 1992, he demonstrated exceptional crisis management as a Special Technical Consultant/Master, rescuing a stability-compromised log carrier in Sarawak, Malaysia. From 1993, he transitioned to marine consultancy, serving as a Marine/Cargo Surveyor for Scanner Marine Services Limited, handling inspections for shipping companies, marine insurers, and P&I Clubs. He later held senior roles including Principal Surveyor, Deputy General Manager (1996-1999), and Claims Executive for Britannia P&I Club (1999-2018), overseeing cargo/marine casualty claims across Hong Kong and mainland China.Post-2018, he served as Associate Director at Tindall Riley (Britannia) Hong Kong Ltd, Consultant (Claims) at China P&I Services (2020-2022), and currently as Senior Consultant (Casualty Case Handling) at Trade-wind Marine Surveyors & Consultants (HK) Ltd (2024–present). His expertise spans marine casualty investigation, oil pollution management, ship stability crises, cargo claims settlement, pre-underwriting vessel inspections, and arbitration (as CMAC Arbitrator). He holds a 2020 postgraduate degree from Zhangjiang Modern Technology Institute and a Diploma for Refrigeration/Reefer Cargo Carriage.

霍亞波/Huo Yabo

      霍亞波畢業于廣東海洋大學，獲輪機工程學士學位，在貨物檢驗與鑒定領域擁有18年豐富經驗。自2007年起，他先後擔任廣州公尺鵬程商品檢驗有限公司檢驗鑒定部經理及上海英斯貝克商品檢驗有限公司檢驗師等關鍵職位。其專業領域涵蓋針對散裝貨物、礦産品及石油化工品的現場檢驗（如水尺計量、衡器計量、監裝、監卸、貨損鑒定）以及實驗室操作（如采樣、化驗、儀器維護）。他持有全國進出口商品檢驗鑒定資格證書和大學英語四級證書（CET-4）。

      Mr. Huo graduated from Guangdong Ocean University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, having 18 years of extensive experience in cargo inspection and survey. Since 2007, he has held key positions including Inspection & Survey Department Manager at Guangzhou Gongchi Pengcheng Commodity Inspection Co., Ltd. and surveyor at Shanghai ITS Caleb Brett Commodity Inspection Co., Ltd.. His expertise spans on-site inspections (draught surveys, weighing supervision, loading/discharging monitoring, cargo damage assessment) and laboratory operations (sampling, testing, instrument maintenance) for bulk commodities, minerals, and petrochemicals. He is certified with the National Import-Export Commodity Inspection Qualification and CET-4.

朱俊帆/Zhu Junfan

     朱俊帆畢業于北部灣大學輪機工程專業，獲學士學位，具備紮實的學術訓練及船舶機械系統與質量控制的實踐經驗。2024年，他擔任廣西中船北部灣船舶與海洋工程設計有限公司輪機設計師，從事5000噸級貨船推進系統設計工作，專攻基于CAD的主機基座圖紙繪制，並優化船舶工程項目的管路布局。隨後在桂平永聖船舶造船廠擔任質檢員，執行散貨船試航驗收工作，監測輪機設備運行參數，記錄技術異常數據，並編制整改報告以支持合規要求。他精通AutoCAD船舶設計、船舶柴油機維護及防汙染技術。     

      Mr. Zhu graduated from Beibu Gulf University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering and possessed rigorous academic training and hands-on expertise in ship machinery systems and quality control. In 2024, he worked as a a Marine System Designer in Guangxi Zhongship Beibu Gulf Ship & Marine Engineering Design Co., Ltd., engaging in the design of propulsion systems for 5,000-ton cargo vessels and specializing in CAD-based drafting of engine foundation drawings and optimizing piping layouts for marine engineering projects. Later he worked as a quality inspector at Guiping Yongsheng Shipyard, he executed trial voyage inspections for bulk carriers, monitoring operational parameters of marine machinery, documenting technical deviations, and preparing rectification reports to support compliance standards. He is proficient in AutoCAD, ship diesel engine maintenance, and pollution prevention technology.

朱提華/Zhu Tihua

       朱提華2006年畢業于青島遠洋船員學院國際航運業務管理專業，通過了大學英語6級。在校期間努力學習學習海商法、保險法、國際貿易、國際航運管理等知識。畢業後進入極東海運有限公司從事檢驗工作。2010年加入青島英博思檢驗有限公司做主鑒定師。具有豐富的船舶、貨物檢驗和公估經驗，已取得保險公估人資格證書、全國進出口商品檢驗鑒定資格證書、檢驗檢測資格證書、價值鑒定資格證書等。

        Zhu Tihua graduated from the International Shipping Business Management major of Qingdao Ocean Shipping Crew College in 2006 and passed the College English Test Band 6. During my school years, he studied hard to acquire knowledge such as maritime law, insurance law, international trade, and international shipping management. After graduation, he joined Jidong Shipping Co., Ltd. to engage in inspection work. In 2010, he joined Qingdao Inbosi Inspection Co., Ltd. as a chief appraiser. With rich experience in ship and cargo inspection and appraisal, he has obtained certificates such as the Insurance Appraiser Qualification Certificate, the National Import and Export Commodity Inspection and Appraisal Qualification Certificate, the Inspection and Testing Qualification Certificate, and the Value Appraisal Qualification Certificate.
